Robin and Linda are simply the best! They gave me great one on one training and also came out and set my machine up and it runs perfect! I highly recommend these two to anyone with a Bravo machine.

I have been so happy with the Melco Bravo I bought from All Things by Design! The training I received gave me the confidence to hit the ground running with my new stitching business. The questions I have had after my purchase have always been answered very timely and with great interest. It is clear Robin and Linda love what they do because it shows in their enthusiasm for this industry. I am very appreciative to have met with these two wonderful ladies!

I just wanted to let everyone know that if you ever need to have work done on your Melco embroidery machines, Robin and Linda of All Things by Design are awesome techs! They repaired my Amaya XTS machine here in Ohio which was in pretty bad shape. It works like new now and I am so happy with it. Thank you both and keep up the good work!

Linda and Robin were a huge help in setting up our new machine and getting us up and running. My wife and I were brand new to Embroidery and they had us up and running in no time at all. They answered all of our questions and help set us up on the right path to our new adventure of Embroidery. These gals are great! I went from wanting to drag this machine down the street to actually being excited about embroidery. Not only did they get this machine running perfect, the training we received was by far some of the best we have ever had. They are extremely understanding and patient. Not once did they try to push anything on us except for knowledge. We will only deal with Linda and Robin for anything embroidery related in the future. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make it happen. Easy, fair price, excellent, and enjoyable. Thanks again guys!
Linda and Robin were great to work with from the time we meet them at the Dax show to the time we were ready to purchase. Since we were new to the embroidery side of apparel decorating, they were very helpful and willing to answer all my research questions before I purchased my Bravo.
I did purchase the on site training and that was worth every penny!
Robin took us trough the whole machine and explained and demonstrated all the maintenance needed to keep the machine running great. She then had all of use do the maintenance hands on!
Linda took us through the computer skills to operate the Bravo and then we decorated several items to make sure we understood the hows and whys of embroidery. She had detailed sheet she went through which helped us when we performed the tasks.
Overall a Great purchase and great training!! I have been in the business 8 years and by far the best training on a piece of equipment we have ever received.

I was very pleased at how meticulous these ladies find it to go through Melco machines. My machines were serviced today with much expertise that I am thankful that these ladies possess. I would highly recommend them to all for maintenance issues you may encounter as well as help with any other embroidery you need help with.
I had the task of bringing our monogramming/embroidery service up to a level that would allow our business to accommodate a vast amount of customization on a variety of merchandise. Both Robin and Linda spent two full days with my staff introducing an intensive training program as well as servicing our machine bringing it back to new!
The students had different levels of experience, some new and some advanced experience. All of them were so excited and now are able to use the machine with confidence accuracy and produce beautifully embroidered pieces! They are aware and able to maintain the machine because of the information provided by these two amazing instructors!
Worth every penny, so if you need to make the most of your investment on your machine these ladies are the very best, with over 28 years of experience!
All I can say about Robin @ Linda is this...
my machine has never ran so good after Robin and Linda service my machine! They fix my registration problem nothing ever lined up now it screams even on the smallest letters and numbers! Your the best! No one will ever touch my machine except you too thank you so much!!

Oh my gosh. Robin Shipe from all things by design just did the best and smartest thing a dealer can do. She reached out to me based on my plea for help here on FaceBook. She did not sell me my machine but took time on off hours to walk me through a few things. In that time I believe she fixed my thread break problems and she reminded me of a few operating tips that I had forgotten. Honestly, any one wanting to move up to a multi needle machine, I highly recommend the Bravo and encourage you to contact Robin Shipe as you shop. Thank you, Robin. I'm back in business.
